Avatar Appearance Guidelines

Please note: All players come from the REAL WORLD, this world, where we are human and only transform into any other shape upon entering Rumor after death.

Avatar Features:

All avatars must have only one head.
Avatars may have tails of any kind if they wish.
Avatar may have animal ears where human ears would be, animal ears atop their head and no human ears at all, or both animal and human ears like the classic catgirl.
Your avatar can have more than one set of arms if you choose.
Your avatar may have digi legs, snake bottoms, be part centipede, centaur, or mermaid.
We allow skins of any color or combination of colors or effects, eyes (such as hypno, animal like, or unnaturally blacked out), and hair of any color or combo.
We also allow for wings, floating halos, glitter surroundings and other fantasy avatar effects. As long as the item does not spam or provide an overall distraction, chat in main when clicked with no ability to silence it in settings, make it difficult for players to click on items around you due to mesh or particle effects, or make audio noise that cannot be muted through the item settings.

Avatar Restrictions

Though ogre and troll-like heads, with fantasy noses, and strange eye shapes will be allowed, we will not allow for any full “furry” or “anime” style heads. We also expect your character to be proportional. This means characters should not have any hyper large body parts be they belly, butt, breast, genitals, or the left ear. It should not look like a cartoon. If you play an anthro character, then you should look as realistic as possible. Please be aware if you are both anthro and a heavily sexually dressed character you will be watched closely. We are not a sex sim.
Giants are not allowed. A Height chart will be set up at the landing, if you are taller than the chart, please adjust your character via the size slider. There is a SMALL allowance for Horrors with large forms that exceeds the size chart at the open. You may use them if the area of your sim is quiet and you are only playing with one or two characters. Anything else requires an admin’s direct consent. Understand that you should expect a “No” more often than a “Yes” when to comes to being able to use a form that exceeds the height chart.
Child characters of any kind are not allowed. For the sake of this being an 18+ sim, all characters in Rumor are 18 or above. If your character looks too child-like you may be asked to make some changes. This does not mean you cannot play short characters, only that the features and body of the character should appear fully matured. If you have to ask if it’s too close to a child ava, it is. If I get multiple reports that your ava makes people uncomfortable, I will take notice.
As a standing rule we request that all avatars have their genitals completely covered. If I can see your penis or vagina when you are out in public, and not taking part in an adult roleplay scene, you will be asked to fix that. As men can be topless, women may also be topless or have exposed breasts. Just put some damn pants on and detach any mesh/prim genitals you may be wearing unless they are currently in use. We are not a sex focused sim. We focus on allowing people to meet and play personal character stories.
You cannot get pregnant here, however you may have other family members who also ended up in Rumor after their demise.
